Baia is a super intelligent little girl with special needs. Baia is from Tbilisi Georgia,Former Soviet Republic. Unfortunately, as with most things in life, situations aren't necessarily perfect and we need your help. Baia was born with Cerebral Palsy, a condition of neurological condition which causes abnormalities to muscle tone, thus effecting strength, movement and posture in one or more limbs. This can make life very challenging to those that suffer CP.
